scott_saints Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 arghhhhhhh tried calling the ticket hotline 3 times and waited 5-10 mins each time with no answer, what the hells going on I'd hazard a guess that they may be a bit busy.
RobM Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 I'd expect a big walkup today. I've booked mine online for collection, which I'd encourage people to do if at all possible.
anothersaintinsouthsea Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 What a f/ck up. I bet Nicole is fuming and rightly so. Is she one of the girls in the ticket office?
niceandfriendly Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 Is she one of the girls in the ticket office? No, dune is hillarious and Nicole is Nicola. He's funny... no really.
solentstars Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 No, dune is hillarious and Nicole is Nicola. He's funny... no really. are you sure nicola is not dune in his drag outfit at weekends lol:)
RobM Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 Walsall will sell out minus the away section... Absolutely. It will either be a celebration of our promotion to the CCC... or an all-or-nothing decider. Either way, it will be a sell-out or close to one and one heck of an atmosphere.
dubai_phil Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 Well, one extra ticket for Walsall got sold today. Now to get the time off work & find an airmiles ticket
Stu Man Do Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 Got my Walsall tickets today only tickets avail from blocks 12 -24 so if you want one my advice would be to get in soon! (Not sure if this includes 1-3 though forgot to ask!)
SNSUN Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 Bought two tickets for Walsall for me and the missus in the Kingsland corner and they're in the Family enclosure! Bugger, when did that get moved from the Chapel?
Matthew Le God Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 23,529 at the Premier League match Blackburn vs Man City tonight (with thousands of away Man City fans) 24,210 at 3rd tier match Saints vs Hartlepool (with 217 Hartlepool fans)
thegaffer Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Got 3 tickets yesterday for Walsall and could'nt get in the Kingsland and had to go over to the Itchen. Guy at the desk said Walsall would soon be a sell at so if you haven't got your tickets yet I suggest you get them quick. COYRS
hamster Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Don't forget the great deals available in hospitality, - free child with each adult making it sub £60 for the pair which includes player interviews and some very nice food. It will be a great treat and way of celebrating promotion. Long walk for the pitch invasion though.
Armitage Shanks Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Got 4 tickets this morning. Was told that the whole of the Northam, Kingsland and Itchen are sold. Only tickets left were in the Chapel/Itchen corner, the family enclosure and some individual seats in the Chapel. She reckons it will sell out today.
RobM Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Was anything mentioned about the kick off for Walsall being brought forward to 12:45? I swear I heard Radio Solent say all games on the last day were being brought forward to 12:45, but the OS still shows 15:00? Was I dreaming?

I swear I heard Radio Solent say all games on the last day were being brought forward to 12:45, but the OS still shows 15:00? Was I dreaming? Just brought three tickets & the woman asured me it was 3pm kick of, however I was distracted by her voice..

I swear I heard Radio Solent say all games on the last day were being brought forward to 12:45, but the OS still shows 15:00? Was I dreaming? Surely they cannot change the time of the last match of the season ? They have to all run simultaneously.
sandwichsaint Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Are there any extra blocks open yet? 1-2-3? 43-44?

They did say that but they were discussing The Skates and The Championship fixtures
mitch01 Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Just got my ticket, only spaces left in the Chapel end.
Brussels Saint Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Well, one extra ticket for Walsall got sold today. Now to get the time off work & find an airmiles ticket Its going to be an expat festival at this game. Tim also going I noticed and I've had my tickets booked for a while.
suewhistle Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Its going to be an expat festival at this game. Tim also going I noticed and I've had my tickets booked for a while. Well, it's been in my diary for a long time but unfortunately teaching isn't too flexible on dates and part-time it certainly doesn't pay enough for current flight prices: I certainly checked! Now when are the first Championship games next season....
Saint_clark Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Just got my ticket, only spaces left in the Chapel end. Really? There are literally NO seats available anywhere else?
warsash saint Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Gonna be in Turkey...praying we have promotion wrapped up by then !!
Armitage Shanks Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Really? There are literally NO seats available anywhere else? At 9am this morning I was told by the ticket office that the whole of the Northam, Kingsland and Itchen (save for the Itchen/Chapel corner) had sold out. Not even single seats left. So this appears to be right.
SuperMikey Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 F*cking hell, better get my tickets quickly then!
Saint Pete Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 At 9am this morning I was told by the ticket office that the whole of the Northam, Kingsland and Itchen (save for the Itchen/Chapel corner) had sold out. Not even single seats left. So this appears to be right. Anyone know if that includes blocks 1-3, or whether they have yet to be put on sale?
Matthew Le God Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Pointless asking the general ticket staff how sales are going, history has shown that they don't have a clue.
sandwichsaint Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Ticket office playing a bit of a fast one. I phoned for 4 at lunchtime and could only get 4 in the Chapel; I split that down to 2 x 2 and still nothing available on the other 3 sides. I asked if/when Block 1-3 were coming on and was told they are not open at the moment and 'unlikely to come on at this short notice' ... complete poppyc-o-ck! The club are obviously maximising all their existing sales before they open 1-3 .... 1-3 clearly will be opened ... once they have sold 95%-plus of the rest of the ground ... I would estimate they will open 1-3 on Friday. I really should have waited for that but my nerve failed me (!) and I took the four I was offerred in the Chapel (went in there for the last Pompey game and the atmosphere is actually OK when it's full).

Why dont you buy some in blocks 1 - 3 too then when its all sold out, sell the lesser tickets on here (at face value obviously)
hypochondriac Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Got my two in the chapel yesterday. Can't wait!

Does this raise the prospect of Saints fans buying through Walsall for the away section just to get into the ground as we will have sold out the rest of the ground?
saint lard Posted 26 April, 2011 Posted 26 April, 2011 Getting a little worried, will be straight down to St Marys in the morning. I need a couple, one for me and one for my little boy, will be his first ever game.Hope there will be some in the family section.Never been in their but probably more prudent to take a 5 yr old in their than anywhere else, but if needs must we will sit wherever.

Just bought 2 tickets online in Block 3, so looks like they are releasing tickets gradually in this corner now.

TBH with the Family Section now being the whole of the Chapel Stand I doubt it will be too much different than sitting anywhere else for a sold out game when people are just happy to get a ticket and therefore sit anywhere.
saint lard Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 Just back from St Marys, picked up two tickets for myself and my little one in the family section, only other places available was at the back row of Itchen block 3,back row Itchen block 13 and block 43.
Crazy Diamond Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 Bought two tickets a few hours ago via the hotline - apparently it already sold out so they put another block or two on sale, I'm guessing that means Walsall's away support didn't take the maximum allocation?
paulwantsapint Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 just booked 4 online, was offered me a choice of block 3 row E row, EE or pub decided on EE the boy loved orient away so wanted to be close to northam for atmosphere
CWD Posted 27 April, 2011 Posted 27 April, 2011 Ordered 5, could only get them in the Chapel. This is gonna be one hell of a party, let's hope there's summat worth celebrating!

Couldn't we just give Walsall a hospitality box and then we could have the whole corner?

100%Red&White Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Couldn't we just give Walsall a hospitality box and then we could have the whole corner? In the JPT Semi last season MK fans only had one tiny section in the far corner (Block 47 or 48?) Saints had the rest. How did they segregate that in the concourse? Shows it can be done.
SuperMikey Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Could only get tickets in the Family Enclosure - taking my dear old Mum to her first ever Saints game...
Saints67 Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Received my tickets for the Chapel stand row OO! Taking my lad with me who is a jinx so lets hope the Walsall match is a dead rubber.
oldsarum Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Received my tickets for the Chapel stand row OO! Taking my lad with me who is a jinx so lets hope the Walsall match is a dead rubber. I took my daughter who had not seen us win in 8-10 games to the Bristol Rovers game, so hopefully your lad will see his first win against Walsall
bristolsaint29 Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Block 42 7 rows from front!! I am a plastic fan!
JackanorySFC Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Got 6 tickets together at the back of block 2 together this afternoon no problem. Still plenty left by the looks of things?
JRM Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 Got 6 tickets together at the back of block 2 together this afternoon no problem. Still plenty left by the looks of things? Interesting choice, back of block 2 not really good pitch invasion postion?
Jones91 Posted 28 April, 2011 Posted 28 April, 2011 All you have to do is walk down the front 5 mins early and walk along
