on goal difference...assuming the worst that hudders will win all of their games (which I still dont think they will)...3 more wins, with two games at home against poor teams to come..

surely, surely this team will do it...

it has more character than I have seen from a saints team for years...

this has to be our year....?

brilliant result and it sounded like chaplow did really well today and it certainly sound like we desevred atleast a point but great to be greedy.

just goes to show to all the half time moaners and downers on here never give up and always believe.

Brentford will be a toughie, but picking up an unexpected but lovely 3 points here today should take the burden off our shoulders.

Huddersfield's match with Brighton next week is MASSIVE for us - yes it's still in our hands, but a Brighton win would all but put us up, I feel we can pick up results no matter how arse we are.

Very happy today.

Winning today was the biggest hurdle and we managed to get over that, leaving just Plymouth as the only game I don't see us winning (I see a draw against a side desperate to survive).

Win the two home games, pick up a point from one of the away games and that'll give us 87. That will be enough even if Hudders win 2 and draw 1 of their remaining 3 (meaning they extend their unbeaten record). They should get 86 points from their two home games, but I reckon they'll drop them at Brighton. I can't see Brighton losing their last ever game at the Withdean.

I still think that'll do it, but these home games still make me nervous, they should be wins....but who knows!! still a lot of work to be done

If we can beat Brighton away, who were undefeated all season until today.. we can beat Brentford and Plymouth away. 6 points at home should be ours too. If we dont go up now it would be a catastrophy.

If only it was that simple! If you apply that logic to it we should have beaten Walsall and Tranmere too!

Very tricky and pressured games coming up - no doubt about it, but this result means we continue to lead the race.
