saintscottofthenortham Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 And Brentford are going to be motivated then? why? Oh right, silly me... of course, Brentford will just stick the kit man, physio's and the tea ladies on the pitch because all they can achieve is mid table mediocrity. 3-0.
saints-cris Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 3-0. christ. Gotta get something tommorow then..!
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Hudders score 3 our goal difference is shrinking now to FFS MK
S-Clarke Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Orient ahead. Not bad. Two horse race it is then!
saints-cris Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 If P'boro lose I think thats them out of it, but Hudds just keep staying with us which is bloody annoying!
Red And White Barmy Army Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 i meant 4 out of last 5 btw. orient beating pboro now so its playoffs for them
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 3-0. Bloke on football focus saying it now puts us level on Goal Difference. Errrr, not it doesn't.
petermcpete Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 tater just said our goal difference is the same as udders....
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Udders kept us out of the play offs last season! hope we mange to keep pace with them this season we need to be made of steel
S-Clarke Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 tater just said our goal difference is the same as udders.... It's not even close. Theirs is 28 ours is 38
Appy Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 tater just said our goal difference is the same as udders.... Tater is deluded.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 tater just said our goal difference is the same as udders.... Crap we have the GD but would rather have the points at this time of the season
VectisSaint Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 come on the franchise MK will be kicking themselves, a win today and Posh losing they could have been right in the mix, now they basically have nowt to play for until the play-offs.
saintscottofthenortham Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 It's not even close. Theirs is 28 ours is 38 and we have 2 games in hand.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 It's not even close. Theirs is 28 ours is 38 Never could add up the udders folks!
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 No energy or commitment from MK apparently!
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Race between us and UDDERS now boro out of it!
SaintBobby Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Definitely a two horse race now. Damned annoying that huddersfield have picked up 6 from charlton and mk away.
.comsaint Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Can't see why we're not capable of winning at Brighton tomorrow - depending which Saints turn up of course. If we do - it's back up to 2nd - no matter what these northern monkey's do today.
SaintBobby Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Agree we have a fair chance against Brighton, but it's no longer a "bonus game"
trousers Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 GOAL: Leyton Orient 1-1 Peterborough : Mendez-Laing (75)
sfc6mufc3 Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 calm done everybody - take another look at our remaining games.............5 of them all winnable. Hudders have only 3 left after today
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Oh right, silly me... of course, Brentford will just stick the kit man, physio's and the tea ladies on the pitch because all they can achieve is mid table mediocrity. 3-0. We have to do it ourselves it is all in our own hands still even if we lose at Brighton! Udders have Brighton away to who will want to do well!
bender Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Agree we have a fair chance against Brighton, but it's no longer a "bonus game" It is. If we lose tomorrow then we just have to match them on Monday then next Saturday (which we should if you look at the fixtures), then it's down to the Plymouth (should be already down) game in hand to take the 2nd spot again. Just leaves Walsall at home.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Definitely a two horse race now. Damned annoying that huddersfield have picked up 6 from charlton and mk away. 5 more than we did unfortunately!
.comsaint Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 It is. If we lose tomorrow then we just have to match them on Monday then next Saturday (which we should if you look at the fixtures), then it's down to the Plymouth (should be already down) game in hand to take the 2nd spot again. Just leaves Walsall at home. And Huddersfield still have to play Brighton away yet too.
EBS1980 Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 I've been treating the Brighton game as our game in hand, so anything from it is a bonus.
scotty Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 B*llocks. I was really hoping for a bit of breathing space from todays games. F*cking mk plastic tw*ts, they managed to get themselves up for it at st marys then they roll over for the yorkies at home ffs
SaintBobby Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 5 more than we did unfortunately! Indeed. we may - just may - need to win 4 out of 5 games. Still hopeful Huddersfield will drop points somewhere though....
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 time for us to hit form like UDDERS now!
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 The pressure is all on Southampton say taters!
Rasiak-9- Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 A draw tomorrow would be great - that'll put it mathematically in our own hands. Then its just so simple. 4 games to go. 4 wins garuantee it.
trousers Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 And Huddersfield still have to play Brighton away yet too. Poyet will throw that one to rub Adkin's nose in it. Probably.
Saint Without a Halo Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 Udders taters say saints need a win at Brighton a draw is no good! Which table have they been looking at! or is it just bad maths again like the goal diff statement!
Appy Posted 22 April, 2011 Posted 22 April, 2011 We also beat Bristol Rovers, Charlton and Peterborough at home. Swings and Roundabouts.
