Oh and Dreadful reporting by the Telegraph, it is clearly an A340 not 380 but hey don't let the facts get in the way of a classic Doh video

Yeah I saw that this morning, it's nuts.

 

It was an A380 though.

It's been reported as an A380 everywhere, and Air France fly the A380 to JFK as AF09 I believe, but the fuselage looks too shallow and more like the A340 as you say. The wingspan and tail look like its from the A380 though, wierd! I think it is the A380 but just a poor quality video.

I admit, I first thought they got it wrong, the footage is deceptive, but it's the double decker f'sure. The nose shape and the fatness of the fuselage compared to the CRJ gives it away.
