scotty Posted 8 April, 2011 Share Posted 8 April, 2011 Anyone on here keep them? pros/cons? My neighbour rescued a tame albino one yesterday which was on the main road here, thinking of taking it on to kill the f*cking rats. And if anyone in rownhams is missing one, pmail me. Deppo Posted 8 April, 2011 Share Posted 8 April, 2011 People that keep ferrets like to let them crawl down their trousers, don't they? I'd have it thoroughly cleaned before you take it.

scotty Posted 9 April, 2011 Author Share Posted 9 April, 2011 They bite and stink to high heaven. HTH Got to admit, it does whiff a bit, but would it need to be kept indoors? Are they good ratters, we've got a major rat problem atm because we also keep a few chickens
Jonnyboy Posted 9 April, 2011 Share Posted 9 April, 2011 Theres a bloke here in Bitterne Park who walks his two round the park on a lead. Always has crowds of kids taking an interest, so good for paedos I guess. ALso saw two giant rabbits being carried round the park last week. Don't know about rats, but they'll keep rabbits down, you shove 'em down the burrows.
