Anything more than three points from the next two would be an excellent return. Two points would be perfectly acceptable, although if Huddersfield beat posh no doubt most posters on here will soil themselves.

Assuming Lallana is injured (I don't think Adkins will risk him now anyway)..

Davis

Butterfield

Fonte

Jaidi

Harding

Guly

Stephens/Chaplow

Hammond

Dickson

Barnard

Lambert

Subs: Bart, Forte, Martin, N'Guessen, Connolly, Gobern, Richardson

Assuming D.Stephens, Lallana and N'Guessan are all unavailable for this game, we're looking pretty depleted in midfield. With Schneiderlin, Chamberlain and Holmes all out long-term hopefully our remaining midfielders can keep injury free!

I'm going to go for 2-1 Saints.

I thought he could play for us as he was a scholar at Plymouth and not a senior professional?

From the Saints OS...

Jack will take his place amongst the development squad, initially linking up with Jason Dodd's title chasing Under-18s side for the remainder of the campaign. He won't be eligible for first team action just yet, as he has signed outside of the transfer window.

Anyone else sat in the home end? I will be with two others in the West Stand. Would be good if we could congregate together! Really looking forward to seeing the 3,000+ Saints fans from another stand and hearing the noise and passion!

Yep, in the west stand also. Hoping I can sit a little away from the Orient fans incase of any accidental celebrations / outloud swearing.

Most of the fans on their forum seem to be Tottenham fans!

On the one hand I think this is going to be a really tough game and wouldn't be too dissappointed with a draw. On the other hand it was only a couple of weeks ago that Yeovil went there and won 5-1.

Not sure why people are dropping Dickson for Harding - I thought Ryan was excellent on Saturday. If Lallana is out how about Forte on the left wing? He's played there most of his career after all. I'd bring back Butterfield for Richardson who I thought was a bit ponderous.

I remember many years ago when we last won promotion from what was then the old third Division, one of our final games to clinch promotion was an away trip to Orient. I went to see that and we won 1-0 and duly won promotion, which could only be automatic in those days. A good omen? I hope so, let's hope history is about to repeat itself. I'll take 1-0 this time as well...

Sorry but on both occasions we celebrated promotion with one all draws having been behind in both games

But he's a Arsenal fan so how would he know?

He "was there" in 1966, but didn't know it was to go up from the old second division to the top flight for the first time in our history. He also didn't even seem to now we played them just a few years later to repeat the same feat go back up again.

Wrong result, wrong division, wrong f'kin club gooner.

Hi all I am interested if there are any more tickets in the Saints end? I'm already in London so travel not required. Please PM me if anyone has one. Goes without saying I am willing to pay face value.

I think we are going to need at least 4 points over the next 2 games fingers crossed for a 3 1 Saints win against Orient & a 1 1 against Rochdale.

I am going to Rochdale which is going to be a 3 day Camel ride on a Tuesday but can't make the Orient game have a good day to all going COYS

Surely it should be fingers crossed for us to win at Rochdale as well?

Yeah, we are really going to miss Holmes

I suspect that we may have a bit of a rough ride tomorrow but it just doesn't matter any more. We'll get promoted but there will be no doubt much hand wringing and hair tugging

if we don't win all our remaining games. We'll be really lucky to get 4 points from our next 2.

I will admit I am a little worried about this game and the game on Tuesday. Who would have thought at the start of the season that these two teams would be down as very tough away games. If we get 4 points from these to games I would be very happy. 6 I would be over the moon. If we are going to win 1 game I want it to be Tuesday as I am going to that one!!!

Well up for this, a day drinking in the sun, in london with 3500 saints fans!

Yeh was also thinking of asking that but am glad that you have now TheSaint75 Mate and I am thinking of heading to where most of the 3500 fans or so will be heading to in The Birkbeck seeing as that's near the ground as that's where I'l probs head to Tbh and I'm sure I'l see most of you on here there or at the ground!

COYR :D!!

anyone know the expected crowd total? See we are taking 3500 and their average total is 4,400

Well I think in the last home game v Plymouth I think they got between 3-5000 or something like that so I reckon the attendance will be about 5-8000 but yeh for us it'l be a home game which will be Amazing n Pretty Good!

According to South Today we are taking "just under 3000 fans" tomorrow ! Great research guys, you only had to check the OS where it tells you how many tickets we have sold !!

Obviously dont want to compare us with the 16000 Poopey super fans who towed their caravans 45 mins up the road to Reading last week !!!

8:40 from Hedge End in 2hrs. Starting to get excited.

I reckon a couple of tinnies on the train then Hole in the Wall then Liverpool st Station then Birbeck Tavern then Saints win 3-0 then on the lash in London Town then late train home. Happy days but it could get messy.

Looking at the prediction thread on one of their forums (if that's anything to go by), looks like they are expecting at least 7.5K possibly over 8K.

Which is actually down on the attendance at their place last season, I believe. How odd.

Is N'Guesson injured? I know some people are on his back but I'd prefer him to a marginally fit Lallana. Sometimes pace can be a better weapon than guile away from home.

Well, Dickson and Forte are probably both faster so we will have pace options anyway.

Grumble

GF has had a tooth infection all weekend

Managed to get an appointment for today hates dentists probably has to have the tooth extracted and needs me to drive

Only time slot available today? 2:45 UK time....

Grumble moan, no sitting on the match thread taking the p1ss out of Eric who's flying to the slush he had hoped was snow in the Alps today

EricofArabia in the Alps during a match - that just had Soooooooooo many possibilities

Looks like Adam will be on the bench although i wouldn`t risk him if we are doing ok in the match, could end up him making the injury worse and blighting our run in.

He'll be lucky to find even any slush if he's not above 2000 metres. Was in Grenoble yesterday 28°C in the shade.

Nearly collapsed from heatstroke whilst out running this morning, must be 25°C already and we're at 650 metres.

Yep, here at nearly 600m on the Italian side they're forecasting 29/30 today and if I do any more skiing this season I'll probably head to Cervinia which starts at 2000m and goes up to 3.5k. We're playing down on the humid plain tomorrow so that should be fun: in the squad as reserve keeper I think so won't get too dehydrated!

A day out in the smoke is always fun: last time I popped into the high court when Pompey were starring plus had a few £2 pints of Sam Smiths in The Old Cheshire Cheese. Might have gone to a free gallery as well, cheapskate [poor] that I am. Still, I'd always splash out on a Saints game, although last time I went to LO I think it was with my Dad which must make it about 30 years ago!

I'm still on the lookout for a ticket today. I can be in Leyton in 45 mins, tops. If anyone has one please let me know. 07729 122 407 cheers!

Hang around the ground towards the end of the game. When they open the exit doors, say you left your bag inside to a steward and go watch the last 10 mins or so.
