Crab Lungs Posted 5 April, 2011 Share Posted 5 April, 2011 Does anyone remember this guy? From what I have read on here, I don't think he's quite made it yet after a trial at Luton http://www.thebeautifulaim.com/ However, I just wondered - do people believe that NLP could potentially improve people beyond their limitations? Has anyone tried NLP and benefited from it?
Saintandy666 Posted 5 April, 2011 Share Posted 5 April, 2011 As in Neuro Linguistic Programming? A lot of it is a massive con.
Saintandy666 Posted 5 April, 2011 Share Posted 5 April, 2011 http://www.inspire360.co.uk/training Do you honestly believe anyone can in a week get to the level to become a 'practitioner'? Of course there are many courses for you to do, expensive courses to build up and up on top of each other. And then what can you do once you have these 'qualifications'? You have to teach others them... massive pyramid scheme!
Crab Lungs Posted 5 April, 2011 Author Share Posted 5 April, 2011 Not saying I believe, just wondered whether it is possible. FWIW, I do believe there are people out there who are excellent at applying NLP and likewise, educating on it. However, there are sooooooooooo many con artists out there (as alluded to above). Saintandy666 Posted 5 April, 2011 Share Posted 5 April, 2011 Well, I have some first hand experience with people who do this and I have to say a lot of it sounds like massive bull****e! It breaks stuff down to a level I do not like, but I guess it could work for some people who just needed an extra boost? But I'm never too sure about all this 'deep subconscious thought'. Saint in Paradise Posted 5 April, 2011 Share Posted 5 April, 2011 Click the names to check out our latest videos with legend Matt Le Tissier and Southampton FC manager Jan Pootvliet and find the other parts of the documentary so far here. That part confused me.
