Pilchards Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 Just watched the highlights, the very last bit of footage, did Lallana pull up slightly as it looked like he was limping, nightmare if he was.
S-Clarke Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 Hes fine, Adkins confirmed so after the match. He will play tomorrow.
SouthportSaint Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 Think he was just knackered after sprinting 80 yards in the last minute! Great watching the 'all angles' highlights though. Noticed Forte nipping round in front of his marker for his first goal and Lambert's passing at the heart of almost every Saints chance they showed.

As I have said several times on here, sometimes to much amusement, Lambert is our best passer.
NorthamSteve Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 As I have said several times on here, sometimes to much amusement, Lambert is our best passer. I'd say 'one of the best' , I thought that he was involved in everything good we did when most on here were calling for him to be dropped.
benjii Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 Nevermind Lallana's stone-shoe or Lambert's passing anyway.... check out Forte's jump in his first goal celebration! Impressive!
Hopkins Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 As I have said several times on here, sometimes to much amusement, Lambert is our best passer. Best passer? Not so sure. If your basing it on stats, I reckon someone like Hammond is statistically better. If your basing it on technique, I'd argue Morgan and Guly have the best ranges, control of passing, variation and ability to switch tempo. Most influential on the other hand...quite possibly.
benjii Posted 4 April, 2011 Posted 4 April, 2011 Also, their big penalty shout was far from convincing. Excellent defending from Fonte. Had his arms up and probably put their player off a bit didn't do enough to concede a foul.

I'm basing it on ability to make the ball go where he wants over a range of distances. Schneiderlin makes more mistakes and Guly does some weird stuff. Anyhoo, they are great because we are amazing and getting promoted and I love it. I fuggin love it and anyone who doesn't can go to hell or Chelsea or wherever.
