Charlton build up fred!

Looks like Fonte is starting, just a question who is dropped. Guly I expect to make way but I don't see an improvement if we play Lambert, Barnard and Forte, the midfield will still suffer. I do feel we will win this one, but I don't see Forte papering over the cracks unless the midfield gets strengthened. Going to be interesting!

Righht, just back from Golf Society Monthly Medal - 9 holes in the dark always a hoot. Played better as the beers went down to finish the last 3 holes with 9 points and achieve my usual critical mission of not being last.

Nice fish & chips and rush home to make the critical decisions before the big match.

So, you'll be pleased to know I've kept the tactics simple tonight, gone straight on to the Pints of Bacardi & Coke (with a twist of lemon of course)

Decks cleared, munchies organised, GF hugged so she'll leave me alone for the first 45 and of course now I really am worried and awaiting the critical tactical news from SMS tonight...

Will the legendary DM be back in the hot seat or will it be the Buggles?

No Merry Dave again tonight :?

Rofe did offer quite a few what we want to do's - rather than dave's what we don't want to dos. Positive stuff.

Rofey hasn't been given a title yet in the way Case was Saints former hardman, Dave merry former saints manager and Dave Armstrong former Saints midfielder etc etc.

Could Dennis be given the accolade of former short sleeved cone mover?

Perhaps would be closer to the truth?

Which is probably why they don't bother to mention it.

Someone needs to Txt in and DEMAND TO KNOW

I see Adkins is fiddling again tonight. Hope it doesnt backfire he will be absolutely torn to shreds on here if so...

Although...

Butters went off early Sat so might have been a minor knock

Many were giving Harding stick for aimless crosses

And most agreed that Chaplow has been off colour of late & Stephens The First seemed to the watchers to make an impression

(Us listeners cannot comment on STF's peformance as Solent did not notice he had come onto the pitch until about Injury time)

I don't rate Dickson. I hope he plays well tonight though and starts to prove me wrong.

I really quite like Dickson, apart from that woeful pass in the Manure match he has not done a lot wrong, he is quick, good on the ball, loves to attack and has bags of energy. IMO he is better than Harding although with the form Harding has shown it has been hard to displace him. So fantastic we have two quality left backs at the club.

OOps OK enough of this frivolity. Have been taking this build up way too easy.

Im in the Alpine camp no way we should be changing a winning team. Fans are overconfident and again the players will come out and fail; to stamp their authority

I blame NA - get him out and get a real hair dryer in
