I saw Brisbane come from 2-0 down in the last 3 minutes of extra time in the A League final. There were hundreds of people gave up and left the stadium that weren't allowed back in for the penalties. Which Brisbane won. I never gave up then, and I never gave up yesterday. Glad the players had the same spirit. Still could be the play offs though - we need to start games better. Got out of jail yesterday.

Have to agree with adrainsfc on this one. It annoys me too at the wave of negativity from some people who are all too ready to instantly spread doom and gloom at every opportunity. It was a great fightback today and some fans need to believe a little more in the Adkins and the team. It was a great fightback today when other Saints teams in the past would have folded. Long may this winning belief continue.

To start a whole new thread on this subject during a game, a game that has half an hour still to go is over the top and pretty bizarre. Why not post it in the match thread?

I think it can be defined as 'attention seeking' !

what part if "it was wrong" did you miss in my last post..?

The part which was "wrong" was that it was qualified "front and back" in the post by excuses

Lets have a simple three word post " I WAS WRONG"

Delldays has been very positive all season - one mistake driven by emotion does not change the facts. Delldays has been one of the most positive posters on here all season!

At 2-0 do we were 8 points behind Huddersfield, so 'playoffs did seem' most likely?

He's already accepted that this was started too early and deserves more credit for his season of optimism, rather than a slagging for one mis timed thread.

Take the African cup of nations last year - Angola vs Mali

Angola 4-0 up, Mali get a "consolation" after 78 mins to make it 4-1, and then they score in the 88th, 93rd and 94th minutes to grab a point
