I have the peoples names and customer numbers who I need to book for. Is this enough details or will the ticket office want addresses and postcodes etc as well???
hamster Posted 21 March, 2011 Posted 21 March, 2011 You should be fine iirc. Best to add them to your online account for future convenience though, there's a section on your online account for doing this. I believe that once linked online the TO will Aware in future too.

When buying for away games can you choose your seat if you phone? I've always done through online and you get what you're given but have somebody who wants to sit nearer the front for this one...

Usually for away games, the club doesn't have much (if any) control over which tickets you're allocated. The home club will often specify in what order tickets are to be sold/distributed.
