despite the posh being so brilliant and saints being under performing..we have gained the same amount of points (23) in the last 10 games

Posh will not win every remaining game this season, so as long as we continue as we are then we'll be ahead of them.

So if, as i read it, we get same no. of points as posh til end of the season, with games in hand, we will over take them. No problem.

It is amount of points divided by games played.
