Thedelldays Posted 16 March, 2011 Posted 16 March, 2011 now this game is on a bank holiday monday and potentially a promotion gaining game.. I cannot urge people enough to come down here and make a weekend of it... sunday (bank holiday) pish up on the barbican here in plymouth is superb....brilliant atmosphere and people out all day....which turns into a brilliant night out...
itchen_dan Posted 16 March, 2011 Posted 16 March, 2011 Were looking to make the trip down. never been to home park before. what's it like? Looks like the st Marys style bowl.
Thedelldays Posted 16 March, 2011 Author Posted 16 March, 2011 its ok....3 sides of the ground is like a smaller SMS...its not far from town either..but if you do make a weekend of it, go out on the barbican sunday from about 2pm..it is a superb laugh..
Barry the Badger Posted 17 March, 2011 Posted 17 March, 2011 Got tickets for my group of 6. Would love it if we got promoted down there. What are people doing re trains? The website says £50 return, am I looking in the wrong place or is that it?
ladysaint Posted 17 March, 2011 Posted 17 March, 2011 If you do a group 4 on the trains it works out at £25 each return.
Rusaldo Posted 17 March, 2011 Posted 17 March, 2011 If you do a group 4 on the trains it works out at £25 each return. What website did you find that, south west trains?
rich saints Posted 17 March, 2011 Posted 17 March, 2011 train it is then jan? i have just been looking best i found was £50!!!!! but hey i will go with your one
saint_bert Posted 17 March, 2011 Posted 17 March, 2011 (edited) After seeing Ladysaint post about 25 notes for a group of 4, does anyone have a odd number in their party? We have 3 in ours so if anyone wants to join to save a bit of cash PM me. Edited 19 March, 2011 by saint_bert
Turkish Posted 19 March, 2011 Posted 19 March, 2011 i went down yesterday to get 4 tickets and it's sold out. They have ordered another 1k tickets and are expecting them next week. You can still fill out a form with your card details on and they'll send them out when they arrive. There were quite a frew others down there at the time doing the same thing so if you are planning on going get down there asap.
Forester Posted 19 March, 2011 Posted 19 March, 2011 Had a minor heart attack when I saw the programme today list the kick-off time as 7.45pm - having booked train tickets earlier today on thew basis of 3pm!!! Have checked both our and Plymouth's websites who both confirm 3pm. Phew!
Barry the Badger Posted 20 March, 2011 Posted 20 March, 2011 Tickets came yesterday. Slightly disappointed they're in row d. I wonder if the club will swap them for me once we get the next 1000.
forever a red and white Posted 20 March, 2011 Posted 20 March, 2011 Hope we get more as its currently sold out online!
shirleysfc Posted 21 March, 2011 Posted 21 March, 2011 Has anyone heard when the next batch will be on sale? Have tried contacting the TO but no answer so far.

Elias Posted 21 March, 2011 Posted 21 March, 2011 I've picked up two tickets. Might be a crucial game.
Mattio Posted 27 March, 2011 Posted 27 March, 2011 Just recieved my tickets and theyre in row B! I don't suppose there's any way the TO would change this if I rang up is there? I assumed it would be unreserved seating! Also the people I'm going with has changed now ( I had u23 tickets but now I have a 40 year old going instead) would I be able to change this too? Thanks!

I already tried to move my row D's back and they said they couldn't. Let me know if you have any more success.
rick1976.4.38 Posted 27 March, 2011 Posted 27 March, 2011 for away games the ticket office have no control over the seating, its just one of those things.we have to take what we are given.when you get to plymouth just ask the stewards if you can seat wherever you want.charlton was not unreserved but my group didnt go to their right seats
simo Posted 27 March, 2011 Posted 27 March, 2011 Really looking forward to this as its my only away day of the year and what a banging day to have it on !
Jonnyboy Posted 27 March, 2011 Posted 27 March, 2011 Really looking forward to this as its my only away day of the year and what a banging day to have it on ! Me too! Im in row P by the way.
Thedelldays Posted 28 March, 2011 Author Posted 28 March, 2011 im in Row H.. anyone not able to get tickets...I may be able to get hold of free home tickets if you want to chance it...?
View From The Top Posted 28 March, 2011 Posted 28 March, 2011 The nipper and I have ours. No doubt he'll be standing on his seat for 90mins again!
SaintNick89 Posted 29 March, 2011 Posted 29 March, 2011 Just bought my 3 tickets. Also booked 3 seats on the travel coach. Apparently no seats together on the coach though, so we are all over the place, Seats 8, 17 and 36
Appy Posted 29 March, 2011 Posted 29 March, 2011 im in Row H.. anyone not able to get tickets...I may be able to get hold of free home tickets if you want to chance it...? What is the maximum allocation given down at Home Park TDD?
Thedelldays Posted 30 March, 2011 Author Posted 30 March, 2011 what do you mean..? for away fans..? if so, not too sure... I would guess, that we would be on the upper limit of it
Appy Posted 30 March, 2011 Posted 30 March, 2011 what do you mean..? for away fans..? if so, not too sure... I would guess, that we would be on the upper limit of it Well if they were down by then and interest in the game wasn't great down there i mean.
Thedelldays Posted 30 March, 2011 Author Posted 30 March, 2011 Well if they were down by then and interest in the game wasn't great down there i mean. depends really, not too sure what the arrangements are for getting home tickets..but they dont sell out too often. there is always a selection of home tickets available for free in the navy base..but then it is a bank hols and they would get snapped up sharpish..also, we are a big draw for the more casual fan down here...a few lads at work who are neither saints or plymouth fans are going just to see a big game..
John D Posted 5 April, 2011 Posted 5 April, 2011 The online sales is showing as sold out now. Wonder if we will get some more tickets?
St Matty Posted 5 April, 2011 Posted 5 April, 2011 I am after 2 tickets if anyone cannot make it - St matty
JRM Posted 5 April, 2011 Posted 5 April, 2011 I am amazed this one is not sold out yet, with 3k going to charlton, 3k+ to Orient, ballots for Brighton and Brentford, this game is on complete open general sale and has been for a while, 2100 allocation, if anyone doesn't get a ticket they can't really complain.
John D Posted 5 April, 2011 Posted 5 April, 2011 The online sales is showing as sold out now. Wonder if we will get some more tickets? Well it did this morning but has now been updated. Sorry for any confusion
bjk Posted 5 April, 2011 Posted 5 April, 2011 Just got two.Cant wait i havnt been to an away game for bloody ages.
niceandfriendly Posted 6 April, 2011 Posted 6 April, 2011 So now it's definitely sold out. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2332348,00.html Is 2100 the official allocation? Couldn't find it on the OS.
bjk Posted 8 April, 2011 Posted 8 April, 2011 Just booked 2 seats with the travel club so they have more coaches going now.
Barry the Badger Posted 8 April, 2011 Posted 8 April, 2011 Just sorting group train ticket for plymouth... It's asking me if we're getting the 1800 or 1851 back, do you HAVE to get the one you put down or does it not really matter?
Griffo Posted 8 April, 2011 Posted 8 April, 2011 Just sorting group train ticket for plymouth... It's asking me if we're getting the 1800 or 1851 back, do you HAVE to get the one you put down or does it not really matter? You normally have to stick to your specific train time. If they are both the same price and take the same time then it may not particularly matter though. If the trains are packed then it's unlikely the tickets will get checked.
rick1976.4.38 Posted 8 April, 2011 Posted 8 April, 2011 we are getting the 1851 back, plenty of time to celebrate our promotion, coys
kernowsaint Posted 10 April, 2011 Posted 10 April, 2011 I need a ticket, if anyone has a spare please.
Griffo Posted 10 April, 2011 Posted 10 April, 2011 I need a ticket, if anyone has a spare please. There's still a possibility we will be getting more tickets.
