dare i say it could be better for us in the long run as they are scrapping for their lives at the moment but it could all be over for them by then??

Or Not

Agree totally Adrian, FFS. Did Saints have the option of vetoing this? Surprised the league allows it. I had sympathy with Plymouth before this but I don't now - hope they go bust. It is Plymouth's responsiblity to sign players that are likely to be available during an English season.

And if Lambert Barnard & Lallana were called up you would not want the game called off.

They ARE being called up. Everyone knows this is the reason. Big row but Fab promised Nige they'd only play the first 45 mins with AOC coming on to replace AL

I believe there is only 2 dates that can be fitted in:

1/ The Tuesday before Brighton (19 April) or

2/ The Monday/Tuesday before Walsall (2/3 May).....................

I really hope it's on the Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May. We would probably fill Home Park on our own - and I'm sure PA wouldn't mind the extra cash

Lol, well done, we all admire your great footballing knowledge mate.

Shame about the postponement, friends of mine will now have to miss this one having previously bought tickets, very disappointed that it's allowed to happen to be honest.

LOL, actually as with anything it took about ten seconds to get Wiki up and see which of their players were current internationals.

The new date means we'll have a game in hand aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllll the way to the last week of the season.

On the bright side if there's any time when players can get through 3 games in 7 days it's when there's something obvious to play for. Which there probably will be - though Plymouth will most likely either be down or safe by then.

re arranged date is the 19th April. Meaning that my £6 train journey from Exeter will now be a more expensive one from Salisbury. great

No it isn't.

I imagine we'll be taking 000's to Plymouth now what with it being the Bank Holiday.

I have to say I'm now considering it, and I had no intention of going to the other date/times. Could end up being a massive waste of energy to a nothing match if we're Play-Off confirmed but can't get to 2nd... or it could be a massive promotion party, championship party, etc... bit of a gamble.

Or it could be a win confirms promotion or a win takes it to the last day etc, which would mean tickets would be like gold dust! At £14.50 for my ticket I think i'll take the risk!

The bank holiday game will help them out no end though so it's a logical choice.

It is if you've worked out that was a feasible date...

Although its great from a non [playing side for it to be a Bank Holiday Monday, given both terams have a game on the Saturday why isnt this a Tuesday night game - 3rd May ?

Where is the intelligence ffs ?
