Arizona Posted 16 October, 2008 Share Posted 16 October, 2008 Apparently it is being throw out because God doesn't have an address to send the legal documents to. Okay 3 points... 1. Does this exonerate homeless people from any crimes? 2. Surely if God is everywhere, they could just post the papers anywhere? 3. Some Americans really are retarded. More-so than in most other countries.
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 17 October, 2008 Share Posted 17 October, 2008 3. Some Americans really are retarded. More-so than in most other countries. This is what I was going to point out. The US has a real major 'lets sue the sheet out of anything that walks' attitude, which has only led to hike's in insurance prices over the last decade. This person is also a gov't official of some kind too, so you would have thought he would have at least some form of sense. The film idiocracy (albeit quite a poor one) isnt too far off from the USA of today. Full of f*cktards

jeff leopard Posted 17 October, 2008 Share Posted 17 October, 2008 This is the perfect example of Americans, like children, doing everything to avoid taking ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING. Oooops, didn't mean to shout. I'm suing God for all the terrible things this country has done, co's its his fault, not ours. Super f*cking weak.
