I live just outside Plymouth, so was desperate to go, but have just discovered from a very reliable source that the game will have to be re-arranged.

This might explain why tickets have not gone on sale yet.

So, what you are saying then is that both Rickie & Adam are in line for call-ups to the full England Team, along with Ryan Doble (who may be back from loan by then) making his debut for Wales. Fantastic, now I really have to get down the pub to watch. What time will kick off be?
