its not hard for ince to go up in my estimation..but he's done it in style.

 

Actually interesting what he says about Italy....we have much to learn from them in terms of how to get the best out of players.

I quite like Ince. He may come out with a lot of rubbish sometimes, but I can't fault his desire to achieve. He could easily have quit football and become a pundit after his Blackburn sacking, but I can see him being a manager for a next 20 years, regardless of his success, because he won't give up until he's satisfied.
