Dimond Geezer Posted 25 February, 2011 Posted 25 February, 2011 I'm sure full instructions are posted on the ticket machine. All you need to do is check here first before approaching the barrier, that way you can avoid looking a tit at the said barrier.
Matty's Caddy Posted 25 February, 2011 Posted 25 February, 2011 It's the same as West Quay. You put your ticket in the machine on your way out and it gives you the same ticket back i think and you put that one in at the barrier.

Just before you leave (and within the 30 minute limit) put your card in as you do at west quay. It will process and give it back to you. As your drive out, put the ticket into the barrier machine and away you go.

Wow, I sure could set you up with a career down here at our shopping mall ticket barriers explaining (politely) how they work. You could earn thousands a day if you only charged a dirham a go! There is nothing funnier here than a driver sitting there honking his horn waving his arms and shouting into his mobile because he doesn't know he has to put the ticket in the machine to get out! (Ah well maybe D_P singing at Karaoke is funnier)

I've done that a few times, I just wanted to know if you could skip going to the other machine if you dont have to pay anything?
