The Sporting View. Awful beer, but fantastic views over the sports centre and parts of Southamton.

 

Dogs free to roam around the pub as they wish

The Forest Inn at Ashurst is good with dogs, plus you can eat in the bar area where the mutts are allowed. Makes a nice sunday, walk in the forest then into the pub for a cracking roast dinner afterwards. Just been refurbished as well.
