Joey-deacons-left-nut Posted 23 February, 2011 Posted 23 February, 2011 I don't suppose anyone has an update on the proposed snow dome do they??? I'm guessing it's not happening now as it's been all quiet on that front since Jan last year when they announced it...
Smirking_Saint Posted 23 February, 2011 Posted 23 February, 2011 Just chill out and wait for some news
bridge too far Posted 23 February, 2011 Posted 23 February, 2011 ICE uppose something will be announced one day
sfcuk fan Posted 23 February, 2011 Posted 23 February, 2011 its like buses, all quiet then suddenly ... an avalanche of information
Weston Super Saint Posted 23 February, 2011 Posted 23 February, 2011 I guess all these flakey answers means snowbody snows anything.
ericofarabia Posted 24 February, 2011 Posted 24 February, 2011 Maybe those guys from The New Forest Lapland Project still have some spare snow to get rid of?
Crab Lungs Posted 24 February, 2011 Posted 24 February, 2011 I hate to say it again but I seem to have to every month or so. It'll never happen, especially if it's SCC involved. A little excerpt from something I posted on Facebook in response to the Snow Dome... "Lmao@SCC, they are at it again. Expect more 'professional one bed/two bed flats', not entertainment venues. SCC's main priorities are to spunk taxpayers money on outlandish/fantasy ideas that capture peoples attention, only to withdraw the idea 6 months later. Can't wait for their next "revolutionary" idea! With reference to the Councillors: Never has so few, thieved so much, for so little, from so many"

Whoever is in power in this city, just doesn't get the need of it's citizens, for some leisure space. They keep on promising, but never deliver.

They keep on promising, but never deliver. Not been the same since they clamped down on Derby Road. Who, besides Avram grunt, wants to go out to an industrial unit in Horton heath for a tugging FFS!!

There wasn't even a single snow pun in there.
