I'm going with my 12 year old nipper. Coach 2.

If I park my car at the stadium will I have to pay **** loads to get out or do they lift the barriers for travel club returnees?

Staying up at the Hilcarter. Didn't want to miss this one as it will probably ( hopefully) be the last chance to go there as we make our way up through the leagues. Where's everyone drinking?

Could be a good beer up in the Hillcarter Hotel

we found a pub last year that gave 20 of us a lock in until 2am, hopefully we'll get more of the same next week

I really want to go to this one, but my country manager is over on Monday and Tuesday next week and wants meetings with all of us..... great timing the first time he has been over since August!!

coach 2 from eastleigh with my 8yr old (it's half term), gotta be in a meeting in London on Wednesaday at 10 - not looking forward to that.

I'll be heading down from Fife with three of my Scottish colleagues, who are adopting Saints for the evening. I hope we can put on a show for them. Appreciate a heads up on a decent boozer folks.

I'm going with older son, B+B in the town centre, two days biking, lots of beer before the game and a curry afterwards and a bit more beer too - sounds great.

Might start in the Hillcarter 5.00-ish?

Is that where you will be heading Jan

Not sure Pete, I am not leaving until 1.30 ish due to work commitments etc., would like to find the one we went to last year as it was very welcoming.

I hope to be there some time in the afternoon so will have time to check out the diffrent pubs need a clue to which one you are looking for, otherwise I won't move from the first one I find.

Did Jackson's Wharf last year for food and then headed to The Causeway for one before the game. A bit of a treck but if you have all afternoon to kill worth while.

The Cameron's brew of choice is Strong Arm - and as someone says on the review "the head on the Strong Arm bitter deserves a flake!". The pub is just around the corner from the old brewery (I think it's closed now).

The football ground is closer to Jackson's Wharf - and there is plenty of parking, and if you are really desperate for junk food there is a MacDonalds very close by (one of two or three in Hartlepool!

I am. Staying near Berwick with Mrs Shroppie and another couple for the week. The lads have been granted an overnight pass so it's a train trip, beer, curry, match, beer ....... :) :) :)
