Robsk II Posted 13 October, 2008 Posted 13 October, 2008 I have decided that anteaters are now on my hallowed list of excellent creatures. I particularly like this last one. Just moochin' along. It's not far off being as cool as a sloth. Evolution has done some funky sh*t.
Arizona Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 The saw fish has to be one of my favourites. Not only does it look cool, but that saw would castrate a few Pompey fans and thus help to reduce further breeding.
Master Bates Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 Sunfish or "Mola Mola" Giant Jellyfish or "Nomura's Jellyfish"
notnowcato Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 Anteaters are very cool. I've always had a certain affinity for these fellas
Master Bates Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chimaera 33ft
saint francis Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 The okapi. Very shy and seldom seen, and possibly where the myth of the unicorn started. Now endangered.
saint francis Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 The solenodon should probably get a mention. A giant shrew-like creature that injects venom through its teeth.
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 Shrews generally are cool. Sloths are still at number 1 in the ranking over the history of these illustrious threads. The Sunfish is a good call, know about these, should've mentioned them before. maybe on threads I to XIII.
saint francis Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 It isn't a shrew, merely shrew-like. Anyway re: Hatch's alpaca. I saw a couple of alpacas on a farmy campsite in Frome near Somerset. I'd never heard of them, but the missus had and new straight away that they were alpacas. Because I'd never heard of them I called them llamas for the weekend until I could get home and verify the information.
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 I know. I was just saying that shrews are cool, and ergo anything like them is cool. Alpacas are also good. Weird, but good.
Jillyanne Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 I know. I was just saying that shrews are cool, and ergo anything like them is cool. Alpacas are also good. Weird, but good. Looks like a fluffy camel.
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 Echidnas are cool. They have a four-headed penis, apparently. Enough even for Jill
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 Ah, the common slaphead. You'd say no?
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 Is that what I said? Nope, I was aksing you a question though.
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 I would prbably say yes, but I don't like her hair, her forehead, her stupid expression, he bely or her pointy shoes.
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 he bely or her pointy shoes. Is that meant to be her belly? Whats wrong with it?! And the shoes can be taken off
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 Her belt. And you can be damn sure I'd have her take them off. I really don't think she's anything special, very barbie doll generic and dull. A pretty girl with a good body is just that, but still. There are a whole lot of better looking women I'd put up as an example. I think this barbie-dill kind of ideal is the realm of boys, and men who never grew up.

TBF she was one of the first pictures which came up when I googled female model. I agree she is by far not the best example of a female of the species, but it was more the 'woman' as an example of animal, rather than the specific woman.
Robsk II Posted 14 October, 2008 Author Posted 14 October, 2008 OK. I was just commenting. She's alreet, though, and I kow you never said she was the ideal woman.
Ponty Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 I'm going to keep posting this picture until someone comments on it... lol
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 (edited) I'm going to keep posting this picture until someone comments on it... lol If thats your hands, then you need to lose a little 'hand fat' Edited 14 October, 2008 by Im_no_sinner
Ponty Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 Not really the comment I was looking for The gecko is about 2 inches (excluding its tail) so hardly like a crocodile on my hand...
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 14 October, 2008 Posted 14 October, 2008 He has a hole in the side of his face yes I realise thats probably his ears
Joneth Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Axolotls are my top animal at the moment, theyre a kind of salamander
Wiltshire Saint Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Meerkats are the best. Chimps are cool as f*ck. The two animals above have more intelligence than some of the people on this board, who insist on turning every thread into some kind of "rate the fanny" experience. There are plenty of threads in TMS where depraved and sexually frustrated men can display their desperation and idiocy. It would be nice to keep that sort of sh*t off a nice thread like this. These fellas, although not unusual or exotic, are also cool... I have an 11 week old gecko. They are quality.
Ponty Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 I have an 11 week old gecko. They are quality. You're getting yourself confused with me again.
Arizona Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 The Green Mamba. Lighning quick, highly venemous, but at the same time pretty relaxed. Has a kick as paint scheme aswell. Another nomination from our legless friends: The King Snake. Some variants look so venemous they would kill you if it sneezed, but they are completely harmless. They are completely immune to other snakes venom and have a tendancy to eat rattlers. I'm getting one after I kill my landlord.
saint_stevo Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Animals are for people who are too boring for human beings
Arizona Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Animals are for people who are too boring for human beings Steve Irwin?
saint_stevo Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Steve Irwin? Look where it got him, f*cked over by The Police
Arizona Posted 16 October, 2008 Posted 16 October, 2008 Look where it got him, f*cked over by The Police He was killed by a sting-ray, not Sting.

You could always just not come into TMS, you'd be happy, we'd be happy. Everyone's happy! And I think your comment is a tad hypocryitcal little plastic man as you, more often than not, not only post on the threads you claim are 'rate the fanny' but quite often contribute to the drivel on them. warsash saint Posted 17 October, 2008 Posted 17 October, 2008 My favourite this week is the Pudu, the world's smallest deer from South America

St Landrew Posted 17 October, 2008 Posted 17 October, 2008 Now I like all aspects of the animal world, but Great White Sharks are the bloody limit. I honesty find little beauty in them. So little that when I read that a rogue female Killer Whale was biting massive chunks out of passing Great Whites, and thereby bumping them off, I positively cheered.
saint francis Posted 17 October, 2008 Posted 17 October, 2008 Now I like all aspects of the animal world, but Great White Sharks are the bloody limit. I'm assuming you missed the giant shrew-like creature that injects venom through its teeth? I wish people would read the whole thread before they post.
Al de Man Posted 17 October, 2008 Posted 17 October, 2008 Ah, the common slaphead. Are you saying she's wearing a wig?
