The draw for the Auto Windscreens in 1994/95 had the draw come out Exeter City or Cardiff City v Exeter City or Cardiff City, as both teams had a ball each in the bag rather than a ball for both of them. Well at least they came out against each other!!

 

This is the only time this has happened.
