mightysaints Posted 26 January, 2011 Share Posted 26 January, 2011 Nippers PS3 packed up today,turns on then off straight away, its the newer slimline model. Called Sony tonight and explained that it was just over a year old so expected Sony to say hard luck but no they are going to deliver a new one tomorow and take the old one away, did not exspect that. We all moan about poor service but it makes a change to say well done Sony. The guy delivering said they have had lots of returns and Sony are replacing the PS3 if its around 6 months over the guarantee.
