how the hell do you stop them...from various sites I have visited god knows how long ago :lol:

 

and others from people like go compare or the money supermarket.....

 

how the fuk do you stop them......?????

 

I tried the "bounce" option on apple mac but it does not stop them...ffs

Clear out your cookies cache and add the senders to your block list. Wont stop them all, but it helps. Also make sure everytime you visit a site tick or untick the box where they try and get you to allow them to send you endless junk or sell on you address.

many will respond to a simple 'Reply' with 'unsubscribe' in the 'subject' box dd.

 

As already said too, usually at the bottom there is an 'unsubsribe' link, you may though have to download the e-mail proper to see it.

Create a spam email account solely for registering to these sort of sites. Some sites don't allow you to register with an email address that contains the word "spam" though.
