Sorry, i'm sure this has been clarified but low on time and can't go through the thread. How many tickets can I purchase with my season ticket? OS seems to suggest just your seat. I assumed I could buy 2 per season ticket?

Thanks

You not seen my posts above?? Am I dead??? Get online and you can buy as many as you like at the moment it would seem...

Couldnt get my own seat but got the one next to it (!?!?) Could buy as many seats as i like at the moment!

Think theres something screwy going on. If you havent got a ST you might aswell get on there and buy your ticket(s)!

No,, no don;'t do this. This is bad. very bad. Do not do it.

( until I have , then do what you like..!)

United will get the full away allocation, similar to the P*mpey match last season. I get the idea behind the link sales, but I can't afford to pay £25 for a ticket to ONE GAME and then another £17 for a ticket to Carlisle. I'm already vastly overdrawn :?

Can you not just buy both and then get a refund on the carlisle ticket in a few weeks?

It let me go all the way through the process of selecting seats and so on, but when I click 'BUY' it says:

"You do not have permission to get tickets for this game yet, or you have exceeded your limit. You cannot continue with this purchase."

Foiled :(

Does for me. I could still buy two seats together right now if I wanted.

All said I'm starting to think that the pub might be a better option, but don't want to miss out on the Carlisle game. If the FA Cup match sells out, then in theory so will that one as mentioned in posts above.

Thirty quid's a fair amount to splash if the atmosphere is going to be dead, but I've already missed the Peterborough and Round 2/3 games (not through choice); don't want to add another (two?) to the list ideally. Hmm, will see how it pans out on Tuesday I guess.

I'm not sure if you can do that with link sales, although it would solve my problem (partly).

Last year I bought a linked ticket (poopey game i think) but nearer the game found out I couldn't attend the 2nd match, due to work, after emailing the ticket office they exchanged it for a different home game with no difficulties. No guarantees they still would this year but dont see why not...

How can I book my season ticket seat through the online sales? Can't see what I need to select? I've got 2 linked season ticket seats I need to buy as well.

Go to "My Account" click on cup games down the left hand side and ther should be a tick box next to the man united game. click it and select add to basket. then pay.

You can purchase tickets for Carlisle now. I would get your Carlisle ticket before Tuesday, make sure you register it against your name so that uf you decide to get a MU ticket you can show that you have already purchased for Carlisle.

Wasn't there for some reason. Just had some games from last season. Strangely when I just tried to select seats it offered me the exact 3 seat numbers we have but a couple of rows further forward, so I've just bought them.

Wasn't there the same problem with the Skate match last season, with S/T holders getting more tickets. Did everyone get in ok that had the extra seats.

I've just been offered seats from a mate whose a S/T holder who claims that the online system allowed him to book his and his wives ticket and then another 2. I have a slight concern that if I take them, I wont get in on the day, although my Mrs reckons if they are in his hand and paid for, they wont be double booked, so wont be a problem. What are peoples thoughts? He is a good lad and is not looking to profit, just saw on here that there was a glitch, tried it and got me and my boy a couple of seats at face value. If they come through by Tuesday I wont go and get one, so I wont be profitting either.

Great shout - I should've thought of that sooner. Duh! For some reason I had it in my head that the Carlisle one had to be purchased at the same time as Man Yoo, but obviously if it's lodged against customer number there's no issue.

Having the same problem. Forgotton my username/password.

Did anybody manage to book their tickets on-line? Effed if I can make it work despite being a ST and my seat is allegedly reserved for me. Can't get through on the effing blower either so looks like standing in the rain tomorrow morning at SMS. Time they sorted this kind of mess out.

I tried that as per their instructions but still can't get on, but thanks anyway. Keep trying the phone I guess, plenty of time thankfully.

Your user name should be your customer number.

I ordered with 4 ST numbers online but couldnt link my mates so were in upper block 3 instead of 4.

It wouldn't let me have any extras though.

Your seat is reserved until Monday, there is no rush. Today everyone would have been diving on as soon as they went on sale, it's in peoples nature to do things like that. Just wait until tomorrow and I imagine there will hardly be a wait.

You'll be absolutely fine if you have the tickets in your hand.

A bit of advice. It looks like there could be some severe balls ups with seating here. ST holders, take your season tickets with you on the day, that way if you do happen to find someone in your seat you can prove its your seat.

Block 1 might be a good call for non-ST holders then...

We are lucky enough tobe on the end of the row and have had our seats since SMS opened and the stewards no us all by name.

I went on and was offered other seats before I claimed my ST seat online, it was a bit fiddly to do though, needing to go into your account to tick a box/code and add it to order. All Done though.

Thanks Citysaint,we have been trying the last hour to get tickets,to no avail...until i read your thread...success....many thanks.
