K,Billy's supersound Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 just heard bombey manager is hot favourite to land palace, job hope so from a selfish point of view but would be harsh on bournmouth fans.
Colinjb Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 just heard bombey manager is hot favourite to land palace, job hope so from a selfish point of view but would be harsh on bournmouth fans. After all of their hard talk earlier in the year it would be funny. I like to see the Cherries do well though, so on that front I hope he stays put... even though it could be to our detriment. The Majestic Channon Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 Bompy fans are virtually in tears on their site, i get the impression eddie mitchell is none to popular . :-) Hope howe goes, he deserves a chance at a bigger club.
Colinjb Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 How much influence could the sale of McQoid have on his desire to talk with Palace? He was building a team there, the side had potential. Now it's being sold off to let the club keep on an even keel. No money to spend, he cannot keep his key players..... He may consider himself to have served his apprenticeship. Be interested to see if he can do the same for Palace.
saintscottofthenortham Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 I think now they have sold McQoid that may be the final straw. If he isn't being given a say in what players leave then surely it's time to go. He has done wonders for them and now that tw*t is reaping the rewards. And they will plummet down the league. Lighthouse Posted 5 January, 2011 Share Posted 5 January, 2011 Would be great news for Saints. Would crap myself laughing if they did a straight swap and Burley ended up at Bompey. Probably as good as Whiskey George will get these days (I don't think he's an alcoholic, but if he was at least he'd have an excuse).
