Deppo Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 (edited) one more time, savage was laughing with us as we sung this.the pc brigade need to get a life, its football ffs. Exactly. Bloody PC Brigade. They get everywhere. Yesterday I was in Tesco and I noticed that they had reduced Beef Monster Munch but Pickled Onion Monster Munch was still at normal price. Bloody PC Brigade. Also, I was playing Trivial Pursuit over Christmas with my family. One of my questions was "What is the capital of Peru?" I answered "Bogota", but it turned out to be Lima. Bloody PC Brigade. What's more, I stubbed my toe on the skirting board when I was half asleep this morning. It really hurt. You know whose fault that was, don't you? Bloody PC Brigade. Edited 4 January, 2011 by Deppo
rick1976.4.38 Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 So what, it's still a s**t song! never said it wasnt,you need a life mate
georgeismyname Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 The lad that was nicked yesterday did **** all. I would barely even call it 'over celebrating'. Exactly. There were at least 10 Saints fans who jumped on Lallana and the players who were celebrating with him and as they all turned to walk away, 2 cops just grabbed the poor bloke and ejected him. I saw it all and thought it was very very harsh. It seemed to be a case of the police just nicking someone or nicking someone's sake. Hope he just got ejected and didn't get a ban!

He's due in court next Thursday but he should be absolutely fine. It's a complete joke.
Chez Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 As for you saying we are fifth of the list of Banning Orders, doesn't that just go by how many have been issued from St Mary's?no, it's Saints fans that are banned from football grounds, not fans banned from SMS. Don't kid yourself that there are not thugs amoungst our support. There weren't too many there yesterday, if any, but the police presence was not down to numbers it was down to risk based on previous incidents of which there have been a few in recent times.

No not really, they were there for an easy bit of over-time on a bank holiday, nice work if you can get it.
Chez Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 No not really, they were there for an easy bit of over-time on a bank holiday, nice work if you can get it. so you are saying that every game in the country will have had way too many old bill in attendance then?
Sour Mash Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 so you are saying that every game in the country will have had way too many old bill in attendance then? No, but if we're talking about yesterday's game there were far more police there than was needed. Completely unthreatening atmosphere, no chance of trouble, no hostility between the fans, yet plenty of police out for the day.
Chez Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 No, but if we're talking about yesterday's game there were far more police there than was needed. Completely unthreatening atmosphere, no chance of trouble, no hostility between the fans, yet plenty of police out for the day. could not agree with you more. Police inteligence, now there's a contradiction in terms, should know that there is almost never trouble when we go north of brum or to grounds with limited away capacity. It's when we get big London games with easy access to tickets and the opportunity to go on the lash that some of our fans behave poorly.
Secret Site Agent Posted 4 January, 2011 Posted 4 January, 2011 People like Dr who clearly don't go to the games and just sit on this site listening to the radio. Steady, Reg. You'll start the whole 'Live too far away/Ex-pat so can't attend' debate all over again.
Denzil Posted 5 January, 2011 Posted 5 January, 2011 He's due in court next Thursday but he should be absolutely fine. It's a complete joke. I wouldn't bet on it, you get banning orders for f*ck all these days.
saintquin Posted 5 January, 2011 Posted 5 January, 2011 Lighten up mate, this is football not the members' section at Lords!!! Nobody doubts how well the Daggers have done since the Conference but I rue the day we start singing songs like "Nice ground, you've got a very nice ground...." when we go away!! I think that would be funny if it was sung at some of the worst grounds we go to!
Torres Posted 6 January, 2011 Posted 6 January, 2011 Savage dies his hair red and we struggle to come up with good quality derogitary banter. Would be rather harsh, don't you think?
