Mrs Minsk is working, so Christmas dinner will be cooked for when she gets in. Mind you, I would have cooked it even if she was home.

Luckily in this part of teh World Christmas Day is only a holiday if you have a boss who refuses to be Scrooge.

 

So that means the Maintenance Department in the complex where I live are working.

 

Which was fecking lucky as a pipe into our sink decided to come unstuck overnight and we could were able to get a Plumber in to save me cooking Turkey while ankle deep in water.

 

Yep, I gave him a tip. A nice Turkey Sandwich.

 

Joking aside, all the shops are open - damned handy being able to nip to the Supermarket, downside is that the GF's store where she works is open and she's been doing quotes for customers most of the morning...
