Hatch Posted 11 December, 2010 Share Posted 11 December, 2010 according to the NotW, Tevez has asked for a transfer from Man City. Their castle is collapsing before it's even completed.

DS Posted 11 December, 2010 Share Posted 11 December, 2010 CHDAJFU? Straight swap with Lambert (+ cash of course)? Same as Torres; could not DAJFU. Lambert would get more goals in L1 than Tevez. HTH

Jimmy_D Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 Considering the season Liverpool are having, I reckon we could see Torres going in to replace him if they give in and let Tevez go. Torres looks like he needs a new start and City could be the perfect team to give him that.
swannymere Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 Been confirmed by City, they say he handed in a written transfer request. City are putting the blame firmly at his agents feet.
Andy_Porter Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 Tevez to Real then?
JackFrost Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 If the rumours about him being disinterested in the game are true I can see someone like Estudiantes or Boca Juniors prising him away from Europe
Dr Who? Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 Quite strange just as ManCity hit joint top! You would think he would see out the season. He (Tevez) must have something in the pipeline to take such action!
LGTL Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 He is reportedly on £286,000 a week, and he's homesick. Bless him.
Thedelldays Posted 12 December, 2010 Share Posted 12 December, 2010 well...we will see.. if he is playing in south america (or where ever his family live) by the start of next season...then fair play..putting his family first. if he does a rooney and signs a bigger contract. Then he is another ****
ecuk268 Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 Rodney Marsh was on Radio 4 this morning saying that, according to a very reliable source, Tevez is on 286000 a week after tax. This makes him the highest paid player in Europe. Look like he wants to go back to Argentina. His estranged wife is there with his kids.
Evil Monkey Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 I would be suprised if Chelsea dont make an offer for him in January. I doubt they'll want to sell to their title rivals, but Chelsea need someone like him at the moment.
skintsaint Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 Think hes going to head back to Argentina personally, Man City have apparently offered him 5m to stay and he turned that down.
JackFrost Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 If you think how him and Mascherano arrived over here at West Ham it isn't surprising. I remember it being described as "a barely legal form of human trafficking"
Gemmel Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/9281723.stm This is probably the first real case where the club can sweat it out. Money isnt an issue and the chairman says he wont sell. Of course its all just brinkmanship at this stage, but i would love to see a club, say ********, you signed a contract, you are here for another 3 and a half years. saintupnorth Posted 13 December, 2010 Share Posted 13 December, 2010 He would have to take a massive, massive pay cut if he wanted to go back to Argentina. The rumour is though if he gets a move to Spain his family will join him there. Either way is should be interesting to see how it plays out becasue as previously said, City have enough money to able to make a loss on a player, even if they are happy or not. saintupnorth Posted 21 December, 2010 Share Posted 21 December, 2010 For now, I'm sure some sort of deal has been arranged with him and his parasitci agent. He willl either get a big bonus at the end of the season if City get in the Champs league or he will be sold. Either way he will be a few million quid better off. Window Cleaner Posted 21 December, 2010 Share Posted 21 December, 2010 Rooney now Tevez. Football clubs need to stop giving in to these ass bandits.Stick them in the reserves for 2 years or whatever it is. Sooner or later giving in to player's every whim will bring the house of cards down.
