Considering the season Liverpool are having, I reckon we could see Torres going in to replace him if they give in and let Tevez go.

 

Torres looks like he needs a new start and City could be the perfect team to give him that.

Rodney Marsh was on Radio 4 this morning saying that, according to a very reliable source, Tevez is on 286000 a week after tax. This makes him the highest paid player in Europe.

 

Look like he wants to go back to Argentina. His estranged wife is there with his kids.

I would be suprised if Chelsea dont make an offer for him in January. I doubt they'll want to sell to their title rivals, but Chelsea need someone like him at the moment.

This is probably the first real case where the club can sweat it out. Money isnt an issue and the chairman says he wont sell. Of course its all just brinkmanship at this stage, but i would love to see a club, say ********, you signed a contract, you are here for another 3 and a half years.

He would have to take a massive, massive pay cut if he wanted to go back to Argentina. The rumour is though if he gets a move to Spain his family will join him there. Either way is should be interesting to see how it plays out becasue as previously said, City have enough money to able to make a loss on a player, even if they are happy or not.
