JustMike Posted 9 December, 2010 Posted 9 December, 2010 is it me or is the mini sausage getting, well, more "mini"?
rocknrollman no2 Posted 9 December, 2010 Posted 9 December, 2010 Ive noticed a lot of foodstuffs getting smaller over the years as well. Wagon wheels, Those pink shrimp thingys, Pork scratchings, And chocolate biscuits. It just means i have to eat twice as much.
Golden Balls Posted 9 December, 2010 Posted 9 December, 2010 (edited) No, your hands have grown since you were a child... Edited 9 December, 2010 by Golden Balls spelling
dronskisaint Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 It's not the size it's how you masticate them....
Jones91 Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 Mars bars definately, but i think all chocolate bars had to slim down... Bottles of beer! They've gone from 330ml to 284ml (1/2 pint). Also from 24/20 to 15 in a crate.

Dr Who? Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 Nice to see the Pickled Onion Monster Munch have gone back to the Original size though!! GET IN!!
buctootim Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 No, your hands have grown since you were a child... Tell that to Jeremy Beadle.
Dog Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 is it me or is the mini sausage getting, well, more "mini"? No, they are the same size as they have always been. It's probably that your anus and colon have expanded through sausage abuse. Why not step up to good old 'black pudding'?
holepuncture Posted 10 December, 2010 Posted 10 December, 2010 people dont want to pay increased prices for the same product, which is often what needs to happen, due to rising costs of resources and materials as part of inflation. people also dont want to see smaller packets, it changes their percerption of the product. so, as a result = smaller portions in bigger packaging. Pringles for example, just knock 5 crisps off the top of the pile!
