Sunday Football

Looking to start playing football, preferably in the central Southampton area on a Sunday? Does anyone know any teams/play for a team looking for players? Previously have played in Wessex League/Dorset Leagues but want to play Sundays for fun as have now relocated to Southampton ?!?! Any help appreciated.

My team is desperately looking for some new players. We are based in Bournemouth but a few of the boys live in Southampton and drive up every game so you wouldn't be stuck for a ride.

Apart from also playing on Sundays women's football is so different! Even here in Italy it's spot the straight.:-)) I get the impression some straight male footballers aren't so relaxed or accepting about things...

I miss Sunday football, I watch Saints on Saturdays and work on Sundays so I can't play. When I finally get shot of this sh!t job then I'll also be looking for a team.

Really miss playing too, always looked at getting back into it but my U9 side and work take up alot of the weekend time. ****ing frustrating watching on the sideline and not running rings around the bastards!

I don't understand. I don't know what one of those is. Are you volunteering to play for my team? Are you saying you'll fill the hole at the back?
