benjii Posted 3 December, 2010 Share Posted 3 December, 2010 25 with the option to "buy" (ie take unpaid) another 5 days, however the deduction is spread over 12 months so you can have it relatively painlessly. We can carry over up to 5 days too so in theory, I could have 35 in a given year. Which is nice but it puts the pressure on finding 7 weeks' worth of decent holiday time!
