Math Mikey, Maths.

It's the 'Mean' or 'Average' score. Add the total of the scores, divide by the number of voters and presto, that's your score.

Are you sure you're at University?

I know, but it's easier to get a higher average score if less people vote on the poll...

No, it's easier to get a higher average score if your mixtape isn't sh1te. ;)

But seriously, it's only easy to get a high average if all of the fewer peopler give you good scores....

I suppose I don't really know what i'm talking about, maths was never my strong point (failed my GCSE!).

Anyway, shouldn't you be working Steve? 44 needs you!

Yes, yes I should.

maybe the next round I'll discount our own votes..... but then I might not.

Are you suggesting I tried to rig it? I honestly gave myself a 7. If I knew who it was that gave me a 10 I'd be buying them gifts and/or marrying them... Was it you?

ok, well you could, on the first few, see who voted and what they voted for. I'll turn that back on for the next round.

If you didn't take the chance to vote for yourself, then you're a spazz.

Oops! Forgot about this...not had time to get it together properly. Sorry about that...it is under way but still needs work.

I'll deduct 5% for every day that passes... ;)

I'll qualify that, not everyday that passed, ever. Everyday that passes between yesterday and the mix tape coming. *winky face thing*

Am working on my 2nd.

Despite having my average score wrecked by the "1" I was "awarded" im pleased the metal heads seemed to like the first.

Please dont bother scoring with a 1 next time.

I forgot to score yours, Bert. But I remember liking the 2nd half.

Cheers. The scoring bit is only a bit of fun anyway. It's cool to listen to others musical tastes, many of which I wouldn't ever try listening to normally

I'm glad that others are enjoying this as much as me. Some decent stuff lurking in our collective music collections.

My life has taken a turn for the worse, had to pay £22 for a f*cking Stats book yesterday, £15 for a calculator today and then another £18 for an Anthropology book from Amazon. And a haircut for £14. FML.

Posted

All for future reference;

As you're a student I'll let you know that I even get haircuts cheaper than that. Crew on Civic Centre Road (next to KFC) £12, I think.

Also, does your 'soc' do book sales? - Worth checking them out. As for a calculator, surely you could've ... ahem, 'acquired' one. ;)

Cheers Steve, i'll bear that in mind. My place back home does haircuts for £10.50, so I usually get it done there, but woke up this morning and looked a proper mess so I thought I needed to get it sorted.

The calculator has to be a Casio 85fx-GT with the University hologram on the back - otherwise they take it off you in the exam. Have to buy it from the Union shop. P!sstake.

Book sales, i've heard nothing about. John Smith's carries a lot of second-hand books but most of the core texts on my course are from new editions, so there aren't any second-hand ones floating about. Shame really.

And Stain, that's very original ;)

I follow you on Twitter, fooooooo.

You're one of an elite club of 18. You lucky bastards.

Just whacked your playlist on now Pancake, will report back.

EDIT: Glancing through the playlist, there are some good tracks in there. The Wu Tang track in particular is one of my favourite hip-hop standards.

Hmm, work for me on FF.

What exactly does it say? - Try putting that + 'spotify firefox' into google. See what comes up.
