Super Ken Posted 7 August, 2008 Posted 7 August, 2008 Here's details from the BBC about how to listen to the Saints Forum this evening if you live outside the Radio Solent area or are abroad.... Hi David, Thanks for your e-mail. I hopefully have all the info you need below. I believe the forum has international rights, so wherever you are in the UK or even world you will be able to listen. You can listen live online from Thursday, 7 August between 1900 and 2000 BST http://www.bbc.co.uk/hampshire/ click on the Radio Solent Listen Live button The forum is also being streamed live via this link, again between 1900 and 2000 http://www.bbc.co.uk/hampshire/realmedia/sport/saints_forum_08.ram I'm not sure if it's going on iplayer, but it will certainly appear as Listen Again (on Friday) via a post-forum page on the Saints index. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/southampton/default.stm Best wishes. pedg Posted 7 August, 2008 Posted 7 August, 2008 i imagine some fans are going to make themselves look stupid as usually happens at these forums with stupid ill informed questions I tried to listen but someone was asking a stupid ill informed question so I gave up
LeBenali Posted 7 August, 2008 Posted 7 August, 2008 i'm listening now and it's some country singer rambling about Johnny Cash. Either he's our new LB or its finished already?
whizzpop Posted 7 August, 2008 Posted 7 August, 2008 Jan and Andrew Cowan is coming across well yesh. Michael Wilde's decline of the invitation to appear speaks volumes for me i'm afraid
pedg Posted 7 August, 2008 Posted 7 August, 2008 Jan and Andrew Cowan is coming across well yesh. Michael Wilde's decline of the invitation to appear speaks volumes for me i'm afraid You reckon their would have been lots of rational constructive questions for him if he has appeared? By the few seconds I caught him going would have been like a metal duck volunteering to go to the shooting gallery.

Would have been more entertaining if anything though, Car crash radio - nothing like it
IrishSaint Posted 8 August, 2008 Posted 8 August, 2008 Anyone have a clue how I can listen to last nights fans forum today? The link above provided by the BBC only takes you to Saints news page on the BBC and the link was only to listen to it live and is therefore no-longer working.
Super Ken Posted 8 August, 2008 Author Posted 8 August, 2008 If you go to... http://www.bbc.co.uk/hampshire/content/articles/2007/07/12/southampton_audio_archive_0708_feature.shtml and then on the Radio Solent box on the right hand side click on listen again it should be there somewhere. I can't confirm though as we have radio links blocked in the office.
St Landrew Posted 8 August, 2008 Posted 8 August, 2008 Here's a direct link for listening again [Realplayer required]: http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediaselector/check/player/sol/newsid_7540000/newsid_7549000?redirect=7549096.stm&news=1&nbram=1&bbram=1&nbwm=1&bbwm=1
