So takings for the last two games must be near the 1 million mark .....

sincerely doubt it.People always forget that over 1/6 of the gate revenue is just collected for HMRC.

Plus there are 13000 or so ST holders who pan out at about £13 a game, bags of concessions as well.I would think that

an average entry brings the club little more that £11 so a 25K gate produces 275K£ in revenue.

Still not too shabby though.

not for league 1 no. Doubt if we are covering much above our outgoings though, even with these good home crowds.

Wasnt the magic break even number 19,000 with the stadium debt et al under Lowe and with Championship wages etc Surely must now be around the 15 -17k break even figure so with an average of what 21k? We must be doing well enough =]

We always seemed to have a few low attendances at the Dell (especially in the 80's) even when you could not see a spare space in the ground ;-)

No because the gate prices are greatly reduced and I very much doubt that our salary mass has dropped in accordance, playing staff yes,but we do seem to have at least our share or peripheral coaches and what have you.Plus we are bringing nothing in at all from the sale of players nowadays,so the academy is totally subordinate to first team gates.I don't doubt that our annual salary mass is around 7 or 8 million and that needs far more than 21Kx25x£11 to support it.

Scotty, it was 'Give it to Ron' who said you could buy them in West Quay.

Hi scotty - the Saints shop in West Quay do still sell match tickets .. (checked with them last week)

B*llocks. Double and treble b*llocks....

:x

Justin and Georgie G are correct, you can buy tickets in westquay, and they do have some available.

I know this because I went in there at 3pm to get one. However while I was waiting for the girl to process it my bastard mobile went off, my evening off tonight is cancelled. Even double checked with these particular clients yesterday morning and they said no problem, we wont need you then. But they do. So Im stuck with solent and this place.

I was told by one of their staff last week that I couldn't buy brighton tickets from their store. I wasn't best pleased at the time, now even less so.
