Bad move 1. within the game is the update to the new kinnect dashboard, which i applied, bad move 2, now apparently the console is flagged for banning! because of the 2.5 anti piracy software on the new kinnect dashboard. Any AP2.5 game that is entered into your system and played that receives the "Dirty Disc" message will be flagged and added to the ban list/banned upon next log in on Xbox Live. F*ck. I think I banned my xbox last night in that case as Assassins Creed gave that message. I assumed it was a dodgy burn. Am I exactly the same boat as you Jeff?
