Ron went on a run and O'neill spotted him and punted the ball over Ron's head and Ron hit it on the volley across the face of Corrigan's goal into the far corner of the net. One of the few goals I saw him score with his foot!! It was either the 70/71 or 71/72 season when City were after the title we ended up 2-1 winners. Also Terry Paines equaliser against Hammers after we were 3 goals down after 20 mins. Any goal that LE TISS scored!!

Remember that goal.City were going for the title,we needed to win to make sure we stayed up. c1971. As a youngster it was incredible how The Dell shook with the celebrations for the remaining ten minutes or so.I thought it was 2-0 but ...
