TopGun Posted 7 October, 2008 Posted 7 October, 2008 I think I'll stick my pound behind Gordon Brown currently.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 7 October, 2008 Posted 7 October, 2008 Serious question: Are you confusing 'cosy-ing up' with business with a shift to the left?
Wade Garrett Posted 7 October, 2008 Posted 7 October, 2008 I would have them in front of Cameron and his 'we don't have to tell you our policies' party. Phil Woolas is now talking about a cap on immigration - politically, it's an open goal.
Causer Posted 7 October, 2008 Posted 7 October, 2008 Not really on open goal more Ministers are painfully aware that public concern over immigration is running high, following greatly-increased official population projections last week and the decision of Tory leader David Cameron to call for MIGRATION QUOTAS and limits.

Sure fire vote winner but too little too late for many. I just don't understand why we didn't adopt similar policies to NZ, Oz and Canada ages ago. Bring in what we need , keep out what we don't.

Some kind of points system.
