I have a legal copy of Office 2007 but when I try to send an e-mail using it I keep getting asked for the product key. I type in this number from the box ( It was the number I used to activate Office 18 months ago ) but it now refuses to recognise this number. Hence I have to close down and can't send an e-mail. St_Tel49 Posted 9 November, 2010 Share Posted 9 November, 2010 Is your copy of Office 2007 a personal copy (as opposed to small business). If so it does not have a licensed version of Outlook. Nor does Office 2007 include Outlook Express. You have to download another email client (whose name slips my memory at the moment) from the Microsoft Website.
