leftback Posted 7 November, 2010 Share Posted 7 November, 2010 I saw him on tv last night appearing as a judge on "strictly come dancing" and from this moment on I will be dropping the nicolina jibe and refering to him as ........Bruno! he never would have made it back from the game in time for make up! would love to see him sashaying into the stadium one saturday, but he really has no interest in football, lets just hope he can lead us..... pasodobleing into the great ballroom that is the championship!! come on western out me, you know you want to
Charlie Wayman Posted 7 November, 2010 Share Posted 7 November, 2010 Looking for a buyer? That would be funny if not for the fact that it is exactly what he was doing. Remember he's missed more than a few games lately, since Adders was installed in fact, so you can see how he may be thinking as he ticks off all the boxes preparing for a sale in the spring. Top of the league, solid team, no debts ready for nPC football... if he can get his purchase price + debt write-off, he can walk away feeling that the books are balanced, the experience has cost nothing so he will not lose face and it will be a respectable amount of time since Marcus' passing. Regretably, you should expect to see less and less of him as the season moves on - unless I have called this wrong but there will be more of you than just me who are beginning to think that this brief our history phase taht began so brightly might be drawing to a close
RobM Posted 7 November, 2010 Share Posted 7 November, 2010 I wonder if Saints are NC's only business interest or commitment? I wonder if now the immediate pressures of change and improvement are over and things are moving fairly steadily, he feels he has some time to put into other interests. Viking Warrior Posted 8 November, 2010 Share Posted 8 November, 2010 SotonJoe why do you have this strange fixation with NC. I thought you go to games to support the Team not to see which of our leaders were there. Just because he is not in his usual seat but may actually have been in one of the corporate boxes entertaining members of IRB re SMS expansion for the World Cup. but hey narrow mindness is an easy occupation to take up. landford.saint Posted 8 November, 2010 Share Posted 8 November, 2010 Here is a wild guess based on no facts what-so-ever. Eelpie suggests Liebherr Ladies were at match. Perhaps NC wasn't in his seat because he was in their private box....
