Based on last 6 matches Form Guide Saints top with Brighton 1 point behind.

Means nowt as it's for October, in october we won 4 and lost 1 and I think Brighton won 4 and drew 1. Either way, at the end of October Brighton were top of the form table I'm sure.

Surely Poyet winning last month and carrying on brilliantly to be nominated again this month dispels the rubbish myth about teams underperforming after the manager wins the monthly prize.

As the title says really. He deserves it IMO!

should be Gus Poyet really, 11 goals 2 against and unbeaten, 2 great away wins at promtion rivals with 7 goals for and 0 against and 8 points clear at the top of the table. You cant really do much more than that.

Most of those kits made by Wuperts "S" brand were very poor quality with uneven collars and terrible sewn in badges only the later ones improved.

This new umbro gear is so much better value for your dosh but still expensive IMO.

You've swung me. Adkins for MOTM.

Why?

probably because they got a draw with Birmingham in the Carling Cup...although they subsequently lost on penalties. Anyway all those awards and "team of the week" are just utter crap. Can't possibly be based on reality unless all the judges (or electors) see all the performances every week.

I believe Alan Curbishley is a very good friend of a certain ex-leftback of ours (if it is him), I wonder if he put in a good word (sic) for us (for example http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4161/is_20031214/ai_n12882467/ )

...Alan Curbishley was a great mate of mine and lived just across the road from me...

"At this moment in time it's all about winning football matches and not thinking too much about winning awards. It's about winning football matches in a certain style and if come next week those who judge these things think we are going in the right way then we can go all go full out for the awards..."
