Rules need to be changed, so that star players like Ronaldo are protected from thugs like Abate and others.

Messi is a better player and better to watch, I'd still argue Ronaldo throughout the season is more effective.

Don't you mean rules changed so that players like Ronaldo can't cheat their way to getting other players sent off everytime there is a slightest bit of physical contact.

 

Would love to see him try and play Rugby league or even league 1 footie and see where his theatrics get him. A real shame because he is such a gifted player, but cheats like him make me sick, and he should be subject to a post match inquiry for bringing the game into disrepute. Okay he got a knock but not on his face of any where near hard enough to knock the skin off a rice pudding let alone fell a fit athlete of over 6 foot tall.

The funny thing is he's probably one of the most dangerous players around in the air. Funny how he doesnt fall to the floor in agony when he's thumped in a header from a set piece isnt it?
