Valesaint Posted 30 October, 2010 Share Posted 30 October, 2010 What are the Premier League playing at by allowing Hernandez to have his nickname on the back of his shirt? It is not as though there are more than one Hernandez in the team. Would we have been allowed to have Le God on the back of our number 7s shirt? Red Alert Posted 30 October, 2010 Share Posted 30 October, 2010 Same as with Christian "Chucho" Benitez at Brum. I think it is up to the rules of the FA that you were first ever registered with.

Robsk II Posted 31 October, 2010 Share Posted 31 October, 2010 Brasilian Ronaldo isn't just Ronaldo, Ronaldinho isn't Ronaldinho, Robinho prob. isn't Robinho and Kaka isn't Kaka. He's Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite.
hamster Posted 31 October, 2010 Share Posted 31 October, 2010 Edison Arantes do Nascimento had a nice ring to it, alas the owner of said name chose a life of anonimity using a moniker that escapes me atm. Check out the forum match too, not many chose to out themselves, in fact iirc it was just Mike.
