thesaint sfc Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 No long drawn out descriptions please - just say your favourite 3 films of all time. I appreciate you probably have more than 3, as do I, but as you're feeling right now - which are your faves which you will never tire of watching? Mine would be in this order: Leon The Professional Man On Fire Scarface
badgerx16 Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 Schindler's List The African Queen West Side Story
Smirking_Saint Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 Current top 3 Gladiator - Watched again last night, quality. Fight Club Life and times of david gayle.
SuperMikey Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 It changes pretty much constantly, but; Pulp Fiction Anchorman One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
Baj Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest I just didn't "get" it... It was enjoyable but I guess maybe it was overhyped for me.
SuperMikey Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 I just didn't "get" it... It was enjoyable but I guess maybe it was overhyped for me. I think it's more the acting that endears me to it. Not a bad performance in the whole film - an absolute masterclass from Nicholson.
Saint-scooby Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 Clockwork Orange Planet Terror I can only name those, have a list of about 30 that could be there at no 3
Dog Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 Clockwork Orange Planet Terror I can only name those, have a list of about 30 that could be there at no 3 Chainsaw fanny lickers?
buctootim Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 Fargo As Good as it Gets Shawshank Redemption
SNSUN Posted 29 October, 2010 Posted 29 October, 2010 I don't have 3 favourite films anymore, to even try to name 3 would be insanity. As a child though and into my early teens, my 3 favourite films were: Back to the Future, Ghostbusters and Forest Gump. Ghostbusters has somewhat lost its charm, it certainly wouldn't be in my top 3 now, but I still rank the other two up there. Forest Gump is entertaining and sweet, Back to the Future is just a good story. Tom Hanks is one of my favourite actors though, there's not many of his films I don't like. The Green Mile is one of the only films I've ever watched that had me close to tears.

Smirking_Saint Posted 30 October, 2010 Posted 30 October, 2010 No 7, Breaking Point? Awesome moment Thats the one, whats even more astounding is if this was actually an eyewitness account.
