Swansea have been a 'top' flight team in the 80's and I am sure both Cardiff and Swansea will make it into the premier league one day, as they both have good clubs and are posied to do so, and have the set up.

Because they are not english, they should be in the welsh leagues the same as scottish in scottish, irish in irish and spanish in spanish etc.

Fair enough. Having said that there are probably more English players in Cardiff's squad than most premier teams!
