Booked 20 seats for Gatwick to Varna 2 months a go to go on holiday to Bulgaria next August and now BA have cancelled the flights to Varna and offered us our money back. New flights with the cheapest other Airlines is going to cost us another £80 each. Does anyone know where we could stand compensation wise as i am now out of pocket. We also have to re book the accomodation as the new flight makes us go a day earlier than before. Last year BA cancalled the flight and we had to move a day back with BA but now they are not flying at all to the Black sea coast.

Ryanair and the other budagt airlines are a pain but you always know where you stand with them but i exspected better from BA. They did not even contact us, i found out from a mate who just tried to make a booking on the same flight.

I went to book a ticket for my son to fly to LA, I had to double check the date and time, when I called back ten minutes later, the price had risen by £125, he was a young solo flyer. They used to give reference codes at one time, must make booking business flights a total nightmare..

How about holiday in Blighty, contribute to the local economy and leave less CO2 in the atmosphere.. now there's a thought...
