OK, my Auntie died yesterday, she was 102. God rest her soul and all that. Anyway my mother is out of the country at the moment and she has asked me to get a wreath delivered from her. But I don't know what to write on the card.

Help me please. :?

Her name was Hilda.

If your mum asked you to get it then you'd better put her name on it. If you're not sure, ring or text your mum for the wording.

What, and spoil her holiday.

Yeah, of course she knows, but I wouldn't want her to spoil her gin & tonics.

I understand. I presume that Hilda was her sister so then something simple and dignified, e.g. 'with fondest memories from ... You will remain in our hearts forever. May you Rest in Peace'
