PaulSaint Posted 9 October, 2010 Share Posted 9 October, 2010 Was watching this strange bloke from Northam Bridge on my way to St Mary's today. He basically had this old & filthy canoe with what looked like a canoe-trailer tied to it. All around these 2 strange craft were dirty carrier bags & plastic milk bottles. He seemed to be hunting for even more discarded junk to attach to it? Anyone else seen the RIVER TRAMP?

swannymere Posted 9 October, 2010 Share Posted 9 October, 2010 I may be wrong but isn't he somebody who just collects rubbish from the river because the council won't do it? I seem to remember seeing an article in the Echo.
