David Speedie.....surely for the golf club incident

Oo Terry Hurlock - drunk driving I think

Lee Todd - should have been arrested...his defending was criminal. Not sure if doing a poor impersonation of a footballer is an arrestable offence.

I thought Shilts was locked up for threatening the wife one Friday and had to be released to be able to play the next day?

The story is this - and apparently happened in 1980:

Shilton was arrested for drink-driving after being found at 5am in a country lane with a woman called Tina in his car. When Tina's husband Colin arrived he said the pair were partially clothed. Shilton hurriedly drove away and crashed into a lamppost. He admitted 'taking a lady for a meal' and was fined £350 and banned from driving for 15 months. He then had to endure countless terrace chants of 'Shilton, Shilton, where's your wife?'

I think it was back in the 80's on a pre-season tour to Sweden that Steve Williams and Steve Moran were involved in some allegations re: Unsavoury sexual behaviour. Can't remember if arrests were made as it's going back some now.

Mark Wright and Steve Moran actually, think they were cleared because the girl(or girls) involved sort of admitted making it all up or at least exaggerating a bit.

I worked a couple of years ago with one of the Norrköping players who played in both legs v saints, he told me it was a stitch up and that the same woman was led away for loitering in their hotel later that season too. Has wayne thomas been mentioned?
